About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cafe All-Rounder / Barista to join our team. This is a multitasking role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in making outstanding coffee, customer service, serving customers, food preparation, dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organised cafe, as well as supporting the team wherever needed.

This role offers a great opportunity for the right person to grow within the business and take on more responsibility over time. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and interested in building a long-term career in café management.

Key responsibilities

- Making great coffee
- Customer service and serving customers
- Food preparation
- Dishwashing and cleaning
- Maintaining a clean and organised cafe




- Supporting the team wherever needed
- Be available and flexible with shift changes
- Working 5 days a week including weekends

About you

- Previous cafe/barista experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced cafe
- A great team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, hardworking and well presented
- Able to multitask
- Comfortable with all aspects of cafe duties, including dishwashing and cleaning
- Must be available to work weekends
- Someone looking for a long term position and willing to grow with the business
