Casu Jacks Café is looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking people to join our growing team. We are currently hiring:

Cook

Experienced barista

Front-of-house staff

Junior team members

Cook

Responsibilities include

Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner items

Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation

Following food-safety and hygiene procedures

Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean

Assisting with preparation, stock rotation and closing duties

Previous commercial kitchen experience is preferred.

Barista

Responsibilities include

Preparing consistently high-quality coffee

Taking customer orders and processing payments

Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station

Assisting the front-of-house team when required

Previous barista experience in a busy café is preferred.

Front-of-House Staff

Responsibilities include

Welcoming customers and taking orders

Serving food and beverages

Processing payments

Clearing and cleaning tables

Keeping the dining and service areas clean





Assisting with opening and closing duties

Junior Team Members

This is a great opportunity for juniors who want to gain experience in hospitality. Training will be provided to suitable applicants. You must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn and be comfortable working in a busy team environment.

Committed to cleanliness and excellent service

Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential for junior applicants

Award wages will apply based on age, experience and classification.
