Café Lurline is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team in Katoomba.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a busy café environment, has great customer service skills, and is happy to help across different areas of the café when needed.

Key responsibilities include

- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS
- Providing friendly and effective customer service
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of the café, coffee station and service areas
- Supporting the team with general café duties as required

What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista and/or café experience preferred
- Confident making a range of espresso-based coffees
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Friendly,



reliable and well presented
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Available for weekday and weekend shifts
- Reliable transport or ability to get to Katoomba for scheduled shifts
