About the Role

Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy café.

You’ll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining service standards and ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily café operations
- Lead, support and coordinate café staff
- Prepare staff rosters and manage shifts
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Oversee coffee, food and overall presentation
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Handle day-to-day operational issues
- Help maintain a positive and professional team environment

About You





- Previous café or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Able to work in a quick-paced environment
- Professional and customer-focused
- Reliable, hands-on and motivated
- Knowledge of food safety and café operations
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
