We provide mobile camp accommodation, camp management and support services across Australia, supporting the resources, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors.

About the Role

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Camp Operations Manager to lead our Camp Management Services division.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee accommodation, hospitality, facilities management and camp services across NMC operations while driving service excellence, strong client relationships and commercial performance.

This role combines operational leadership, people management and business responsibility, with accountability for service delivery, contract performance, financial outcomes and the ongoing growth and success of the division.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead NMC's Camp Management Services division.
- Oversee accommodation, hospitality, facilities management and camp operations.
- Manage client relationships, contract performance and service delivery outcomes.
- Lead and develop Camp Management teams across multiple operations.
- Drive service standards, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resource planning and financial performance.




- Identify opportunities for business growth and contract retention.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience managing camp, village, accommodation, hospitality or facilities management operations.
- Experience leading service delivery teams across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage client relationships.
- Experience within resources, energy, construction, facilities management, hospitality or remote workforce service environments.

Highly Regarded

- Accommodation, hospitality or catering operations experience.
- Remote workforce accommodation experience.
