Casual Campus Store Customer Service – Blacktown Area The School Locker, one of Australia’s largest education retailers and suppliers, is dedicated to helping students unlock their potential. We are seeking Casual Campus Store Customer Service staff to join teams at campus stores in Pennant Hills, Kemp's Creek and Wentworthville to assist students in preparing for academic success.

About the Role:

As a Casual Campus Store Customer Service Assistant, you will assist families with purchasing and fitting school uniforms while ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience. You will also support stock management, process sales, and maintain store presentation. This is a hands-on retail role where attention to detail and customer care are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to students, parents, and staff.
- Assist customers with uniform fittings to ensure correct sizing.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and organising displays.
- Process and manage online orders,



including packing and coordinating collections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment in line with company and school standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak trading periods.
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Confidence in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and card transactions.
