About the Role

Queensland Car Hire is looking for a reliable and professional Car Hire Driver to assist with vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, customer handovers and rental paperwork across the Gold Coast.

This isn't just a driving position. You'll be representing the business when meeting customers, so we're looking for someone who is organised, responsible and comfortable completing basic rental documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and drop off rental vehicles
- Deliver vehicles to customers at arranged locations
- Complete customer vehicle handovers
- Assist customers with basic rental paperwork
- Record vehicle condition, mileage and other required information
- Inspect vehicles during collection and return
- Move vehicles between locations when required
- Carry out basic vehicle checks before handover
- Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and collections
- Keep the rental team updated on vehicle movements




- Ensure vehicles and documentation are handled professionally
- Assist with general fleet duties when required

About You

- Current Australian driver's licence
- Confident and responsible driver
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable completing paperwork accurately
- Qualified presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and follow schedules
- Previous car rental, delivery or automotive experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Gold Coast area is beneficial
