Above All Group is looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter / Maintenance All-Rounder to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone confident completing a wide range of residential and property-maintenance repairs, with the ability to work independently, communicate well with clients and take pride in quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities:

- General carpentry repairs and maintenance
- Repairing doors, locks, cupboards, wardrobes, skirting boards and timberwork
- Minor plastering, patching and painting touch-ups
- Attending rental properties to assess, quote and complete repairs
- Identifying issues on site and recommending practical solutions
- Keeping work areas clean and treating clients’ homes with respect
- Completing jobs to a high standard and within allocated timeframes

What we’re looking for:





- Experience in carpentry and general property maintenance
- Confident with repairs and problem-solving on site
- Own tools and a current driver’s licence
- Reliable, well presented and able to communicate professionally
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- White Card required
- Trade qualification or apprenticeship completed/preferred
