Chef de Partie | Casual | Leapfrogs, Wanneroo

Level 3 - Level 5 Casual Rate | 25-40 Hours Per Week Leapfrogs, set within the Wanneroo Botanic Gardens, has been serving great food and creating memorable Guest experiences since 1998.

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen Team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident running a section, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in producing consistently great food.

25-40 hours per week | Casual | Level 3 - Level 5 depending on experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Take responsibility for the preparation and service of your section
- Prepare and present dishes consistently and to a high standard
- Work closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen Team during busy services
- Assist with prep, specials and the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Assist with stock control, waste management and food cost awareness
- Support junior members of the kitchen Team where required
- Help deliver a great experience for every Guest

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry experience
- Strong cooking, preparation and knife skills
- Confidence running a section during busy service
- Valuable understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a Team
- Reliable and available for a range of shifts, including weekends
