Next Peak Pty Ltd is seeking reliable and professional female role players with an Australian Defence Force (ADF) background to support scenario-based training activities in the Sydney region during October and early November 2026.

We are looking for individuals who hold a Baseline Security Clearance (or higher) and are available to work approximately 10 days across the month of October, early November.

This is engaging and varied casual work supporting structured training activities designed to simulate realistic, operationally relevant scenarios.

About the Role

- Participate as a role player in structured scenario-based training activities
- Contribute to realistic and professional training outcomes
- Follow scenario briefs, instructions and direction from the training team
- Work collaboratively with trainers and other role players in a skilled training environment

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:
- Be female and based in the Sydney region
- Have a previous or current Australian Defence Force (ADF) background (Reserves)




- Hold a Baseline Security Clearance or higher
- Be available for approximately 10 days of casual work during October, early November
- Be reliable, adaptable and comfortable participating in scenario-based activities
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to follow direction
- Maintain a mature and professional approach to their work
