Fondly known as The Hen, we’re a busy, family-friendly pub nestled in the heart of the Swan Valley.

We’re open 7 days a week and pride ourselves on being a venue where our Team is as significant as our guests – this led to us winning the Best Family Dining award at the 2025 AHA Awards.

And we’re looking for a few more good eggs to join our Team.

THE ROLE

Whether you’re a gun behind the bar, love chatting with guests, can carry three plates easily or simply looking to get your foot in the hospo door - we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working across different areas of the venue, including:

Behind the bar / Running food / Clearing tables / Coffee service / Most importantly - looking after our guests!

The Hen can get BUSY, so we’re looking for people who enjoy a fast paced environment, who can have a laugh along the way and at the same time - provide great service.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Hospo experience is great - but personality,



attitude and reliability matter just as much to us.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Confidence in dealing with people & working in a busy environment
- A positive attitude
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Availability across evenings and weekends
- A RSA & Food Hygiene Cert
- Knowing how to make coffee gets you bonus points!

Previous experience will definitely help, but don’t let lack of experience stop you from applying. If you’ve got the right attitude - we can teach you the rest.
