Casual Receptionist – Immediate Start

Location: West Perth, WA

Position: Casual (15-20 hours per week)

Shift Requirements: Availability for 8 AM openings and 8 PM closing shifts

Vivid Psychology is looking for a detail orientated, friendly and highly organised Casual Receptionist to join our team in West Perth.

About the Role:

- 15-20 Hours per week
- Providing additional coverage during periods of annual leave and sick leave as required
- Welcoming clients and managing appointments
- Handling phone and email inquiries
- Processing payments and invoices
- Maintaining confidentiality and accurate client records
- General administrative support for the psychology team

What We’re Looking For:

- Immediate availability
- Solid client-focused and professional communication skills




- Attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Reliability and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a psychology or medical practice is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Medicare & Mental Health Care Plans (advantageous)
