About the Role
We're looking for an inspiring and positive Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about wellness, skincare and creating exceptional customer experiences. This is a rare chance to bring your love of retail together with your interest in clean beauty and self-care.
Your Day Will Include:
- Offering exceptional customer service with a five-star, personalised approach
- Creating meaningful connections with guests and helping them find the perfect products

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Is passionate about wellness, skincare, and creating positive daily rituals
- Is proactive, professional and thrives in a team environment
- Understands high-end customer experience and goes above and beyond to deliver it
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Experience in beauty or the wellness industry is highly regarded
