About the role

KENZO is seeking a Casual Sales Associate to join our team in our QVB store.

As a Sales Associate, and part of the Retail team, you will provide a personalised client experience, build strong client relationships, meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

You will be an ambassador of KENZO, combining professional, authentic and positive approach with enthusiasm for our products and our House.

What we’re looking for:

- You will have a minimum of 1 years’ fashion retail experience (luxury preferred)




- A proven track record of success with meeting KPIs, targets
- Strong CRM capability with successful long term client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills
- Multi-lingual will be highly advantageous
- Availability: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays
