About the roles

Full time Catering Supervisor

As a passionate Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supervision of day-to-day catering operations in an outlet.
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensuring presentation and quality standards are consistently met.
- Promoting and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered.
- Training and development of staff.
- Prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
- Building rapport with guests.




- Maintaining cleaning and WH&S; standards.
- Input into daily / weekly specials and seasonal menus.

About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Communicates effectively under pressure.
- Positive attitude and self-motivator.
- RSA Card.
- Attention to detail.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Well-presented and tidy.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Available for a variety of shifts (day, evening and weekends).
