Event Catering & Styling Lead

MOMENTI is looking for an experienced, creative and highly capable Event Catering & Styling Lead to take ownership of the delivery of our catering and event experiences.

This is not simply an event service role.

We are looking for someone who can be handed a creative brief and confidently turn it into reality — coordinating the food, styling, logistics and people required to deliver an event beautifully from beginning to end.

Working directly with MOMENTI's Founder & Creative Director, you will become a trusted lead across our events, helping translate the MOMENTI vision into exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the operational and creative delivery of selected MOMENTI events.

Depending on the event, this may involve:

- Reviewing the client and creative brief and developing a plan for delivery.
- Planning catering requirements, quantities, equipment and event logistics.
- Coordinating produce, ingredients, florals, linen, dinnerware, styling pieces and other event requirements.
- Managing preparation timelines and ensuring everything is ready ahead of the event.
- Leading the event team and allocating responsibilities.
- Taking ownership of event setup and styling.
- Overseeing food presentation, grazing tables and catering service.
- Making styling and presentation decisions on-site.
- Managing timing and flow throughout the event.
- Acting as a key point of contact with clients, venues and suppliers where required.
- Troubleshooting and making confident decisions when plans change.




- Overseeing pack-down and ensuring the event is completed to the MOMENTI standard.

This is a role for someone who naturally sees the whole picture while still caring deeply about the details.

Who We're Looking For:

You may come from an events, catering, hospitality, styling, food or creative production background.

More important than a particular job title is your ability to take ownership and make things happen.

You will ideally have:

- At least 2 years' experience within hospitality, catering, events or a related industry.
- Experience coordinating or leading events, service or teams.
- Strong knowledge and confidence around food and catering.
- A natural eye for styling, presentation, colour and detail.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Confidence making decisions independently.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced workplace.
- A full driver's licence.
- Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings and event-based hours.
