We are a privately owned day hospital located in West Leederville consisting of two operating theatres that are increasingly busy. Our specialties include Oral & Maxillofacial, IVF reproduction, minor plastic, minor urology and podiatry.

Part Time Position available 15-20 Hours Per Week (Negotiable)

Shift hours for CSSD vary from start times 0730 finishing up to 1900

Reporting to Perioperative Manager, the role focuses on delivering high-quality decontamination, packing, and sterilization of reusable instruments and equipment for use in the operating theatres. Adhering to AS/NZS 5369:2023 standards and manufacturer's instructions for use (IFUs)

Essential Criteria

· Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Sterilisation services) or equivalent qualification

· Previous experience as an CSSD Technician with demonstrated competency in sterilisation processes

· Knowledge of Australian Standard AS/NZS 5369:2023 and sterilization processes

· Attention to detail and robust task orientation
