This is a part-time role, 30 hours a week with flexible days What this opportunity involves: As the Centre Manager within our Retail Property Management team, you will provide strategic leadership to onsite staff and act as a senior representative of JLL.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the delivery of the Centre’s Business Plan and budget objectives, implementing sound retail property principles to boost sales, increase foot-traffic, and ultimately maximize the investment return for the asset Owner. An overview of the role:

- Lead, coach, and manage onsite staff, including the Operations and Administration Managers, holding regular team meetings to ensure everyone is empowered to thrive.
- Prepare, implement, and deliver highly accurate monthly reports, annual budgets, and comprehensive Business Plans to the Client within strict monthly timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Leasing Team to source current retailers, manage tenancy schedules,



negotiate market reviews, and aggressively manage rental collections and arrears to keep them under the 2% KPI target.
- Maintain superior standards of presentation, cleanliness, and repair across the Centre, managing ongoing fitout programs to continually add value to the asset.
- Oversee strict adherence to Work Place Health and Safety legislation, manage property risk profiles, investigate incidents promptly, and ensure 100% compliance with IPMP systems.
- Maintain exceptional client relationships, delivering on-demand services and preparing strategic recommendations regarding tenancy remixing, rent relief, and lease proposals.
- Establish strong connections with the local business community, council, and authorities, proactively monitoring local development applications that could impact the Centre.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing standard JLL practices and processes, ensuring contractors and staff operate in highly efficient and safe working environments.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

- Extensive experience in retail property management, shopping centre management, or a closely related commercial real estate role.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven track record of coaching, managing, and inspiring onsite teams to achieve stretch goals.
- Solid understanding of Retail Leases Legislation and relevant statutory property compliance requirements.
- Strong financial acumen with experience preparing, managing, and executing complex property budgets, income accounts, and business plans.




- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a dedicated focus on delivering superior service standards.
- Proven ability to drive rental collections and execute effective arrears management strategies to meet strict KPIs.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Business, or Real Estate Management is highly regarded.
