EXPERIENCED CHEF – ITALIAN CUISINE

We are looking for an experienced Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine who can confidently work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.

The successful applicant must

- Have proven experience preparing and cooking Italian cuisine
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-managed workstation
- Have a strong work ethic and reliability
- Work well as part of a professional kitchen team
- Be available for afternoon and evening shifts

CHEF DE PARTIE We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This position would suit someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing their own section in a busy à la carte restaurant.

The successful applicant must

- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Be confident managing and maintaining their own section
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating to a consistently high standard
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Be clean,



organised and able to work well under pressure
- Communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
- Experience with Italian cuisine is highly regarded
- Be available for afternoon and evening shifts

EXPERIENCED PIZZA CHEF We are also seeking an experienced Pizza Chef with previous experience working in a busy Italian restaurant.

The successful applicant must

- Have proven pizza-making experience
- Experience working with a pizza conveyor oven is highly preferred
- Be confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Be clean, organised and efficient
- Have excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Be available for afternoon and evening shifts
