Looking for a chef who specialisees in Cantonese-style cooking, in particular being able to prepare the below:
- Soya chicken
- Char siu pork
- Cantonese-style marinated internals
If you have the basics, we are willing to provide further training. You would ideally be able to speak Cantonese. 誠聘粵菜廚師或學徒：
