Chef / Cook – Breakfast & Lunch | Abode Cafe, Taringa, QLD

We're on the lookout for a passionate chef or cook to join our busy breakfast and lunch venue in Taringa.

At Abode, we take food seriously, but we keep things warm, creative, and grounded. Whether you're an experienced chef or someone earlier in their kitchen career, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and plating fresh, high-quality dishes across a busy breakfast and lunch service. You'll be part of a kitchen that values craft, consistency, and a genuine love of good food.

What we're looking for

- A genuine enthusiasm for food and hospitality
- Someone who takes pride in quality and consistency
- An eye for creative, well-executed dishes

- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
- Experience in a kitchen environment is valued, but we're open to applicants at all skill levels

The role

- Breakfast and lunch trade only
- Based in Taringa, with a great team around you
- 3 to 4 shifts per week (20 to 30 hours)



Sunday and Monday availability essential.

Pay: $33.85 – $51.54 per hour
