Casual and Full-time Chef Opportunies– The Mex, Ocean Grove The Mex is a vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant located in Ocean Grove, known for delivering fresh, flavour-packed food and warm, welcoming service.

About the Role:

- Casual position offering flexibility (approx. 20–30 hours per week).
- Typical shifts run from approx. 12pm until close. Flexible start times available.
- Work as part of a supportive team in a busy, dynamic kitchen.
- Prepare and cook a range of Tex-Mex inspired dishes to a consistent high standard.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen (Mex or similar cuisine a bonus, but not essential).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining quality.




- A genuine passion for food and delivering a great dining experience.
- Availability across evenings and weekends.
