Immediate start | Monday - Friday | Casual Position An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen brigade based within corporate office in Sydney’s CBD (Wynyard).
As Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of the kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food that meets brand standards for presentation, taste, and consistency. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of a busy corporate kitchen producing high-volume catering.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-volume food production while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team on food preparation and service
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and brand requirements
- Maintain strict compliance with WHS and food safety regulations
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial cookery
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to produce high-quality food in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service excellence
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Full working rights in Australia
