Trovatino Cafe is seeking an experienced part time Chef/cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a chef/cook that has general knowledge about Italian cuisine. As a Chef, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

- Running your section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to menu specifications
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Contributing to positive kitchen culture and respect

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in restaurant or bistro settings




- Demonstrated experience in a quick-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Robust working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creating innovative, flavourful dishes
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
