2026 has seen 4 of our Educators welcome new additions to their own families, which is always lovely for us to be part of.

Whilst we are blessed to have a consistent bank of "Relief" Educators who support our Team for absences such as holidays and illness, as well as Programming, the changes to the lives of our lovely room Educators mean that we now require a Certificate 3 Educator to join our Team. This position is not a Maternity Leave position - this is an ongoing position, as none of our Educators who are on Maternity Leave will be returning to full time work.

This position is advertised as "Casual" however, after 12 months of continuous service, there will be the option for the successful applicant to move to permanent, if they desire.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Successful applicants will

- hold a Certificate 3 qualification, or if studying, be more than half way through completion.
- be motivated, enthusiastic and friendly, and willing to build positive relationships with our children,



their families and our Team.
- hold (or able to be approved for) a Blue Card to work with children.
- have either completed, or be willing to complete, mandatory Child Safety training.
- have own transport (not rely on public transport, as late arrival may leave the Centre non-compliant with staff to child ratios).
- have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- hold (or be willing to train/refresh for) a current First Aid Certificate including CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
- be able to follow directions, and work within the guidance and support of a caring Management Team.
- be able to work as part of a professional, dedicated Team who like to have fun.
- be able to work shifts during the Centre opening hours of 6am-5.30pm, e.g 7.30am-4pm, or 6.30am-3pm etc
