Childcare Trainee – Start Your Career in a Child‑Safe, Supportive Centre
Kids Cave Aberglasslyn is seeking a trainee who is passionate about working with children and committed to learning child‑safe practice. Children are paramount in everything we do, and our trainees are supported to develop strong knowledge in child protection, supervision, and ACECQA‑aligned skilled standards.
You will learn
- Child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting
- How to create safe, respectful, inclusive environments
- The foundations of high‑quality early childhood practice
- How to work collaboratively within a supportive team
