WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Technical Recoveries Advisor to identify, assess and pursue recoveries of paid compensation from negligent third parties, aligned with Section 369 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. Hybrid Geelong-based role with some travel to Melbourne and court locations, 3 days in office.
You will manage complex recovery matters, provide strategic direction on litigation, and collaborate with insurers, legal panel firms and internal stakeholders
