Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Midwife or Dual Registered Midwife for a short-term contract in Gladstone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a midwife looking for a regional Queensland contract with the prospect to work across a busy maternity service.

About the Role You will be working within the maternity service and should be confident across:

- Maternity
- Birth Suite
- Ante Natal & Post Natal care
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation
- Supporting women throughout their maternity journey
- Working autonomously while contributing positively to the wider maternity team

Nurse Grade: 5

Contract: asap – 06/10/2026

Hours: 76 hours per fortnight

Shifts: Day & Night shifts, including weekends

On Call: Yes

Location: Gladstone, Queensland

- Travel & Accommodation | Assistance and Allowance Provided.

What You Will Need To be considered, you must have:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant maternity experience
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation
- Ante/Post Natal experience
- Birth Suite experience
