Job Description

As a Trident Security Officer, you'll be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of everyone on site. This is a fast-paced retail environment where strong communication, sound judgement, and a proactive approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and front-line support

Maintain a strong and professional security presence throughout the centre

Identify and respond proactively to potential safety and security risks

Respond to medical, security, and emergency incidents in line with site procedures

Complete accurate incident reports and daily documentation

Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively

Liaise professionally with retailers, centre management, and emergency services

About the Candidate

Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function

Valid First Aid and CPR certificates

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A customer-first attitude and skilled presentation

Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster

Previous experience in retail or other regulated environments is desirable
