n Location: Port Melbourne (No parking on site - see transport information below)
n Rate: $42.49 per hour + Super
n Available Shifts: 7:00am - 5:00pm | 2:30pm - 1:00am | 12:00am - 8:30am

About the Role
n
As an Agency Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support, helping to coordinate workflows and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Coordinate work flows and oversee task completion across support teams
n
- Manage shared inboxes, work queues and incoming enquiries
n
- Support workforce planning, scheduling and deadline tracking
n
- Maintain accurate records, data and operational trackers
n
- Prepare reports, summaries and spreadsheet-based documentation
n
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues using sound judgement
n
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions and related logistics
n
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
n
- Help maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous administration, coordination or office support experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- Experience using spreadsheets, databases and digital systems
n
- Confidence providing guidance and support to team members
n
- The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
n
- A professional, adaptable and confidential approach to work
n
n
Physical Requirements
n
n
- Regular movement between sitting, standing and walking
n
- Walking across operational sites
n
- Safe lifting and movement of materials and equipment (up to 13kg)
n

- A free shuttle bus will run between Southern Cross Station and the venue for every shift. You are strongly advised to use this service.

- Shuttle travel time sits OUTSIDE your rostered start and finish times and is not paid. Please factor this into your travel planning before accepting a roster.
