About the Role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care overnight, ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred support in a safe and comfortable environment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
n
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to clinical needs during night shifts
n
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
n
- Manage wound care and maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
- Provide leadership, guidance and clinical oversight to care staff on duty
n
- Support and mentor Care Workers to maintain quality care standards
n
- Foster a calm, safe and respectful environment for residents overnight
n
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
n




- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care and positive resident outcomes
n

Roster

n

This permanent part-time position offers a consistent overnight roster with shifts from 11:00pm to 7:15am:

- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
n
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
n

What You'll Bring

n

Essential

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical environment
n
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and leadership skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Commitment to delivering respectful, person-centred care
n
- Ability to work independently and confidently during night shifts
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current First Aid and Manual Handling certificates
n

Desirable

n

n
- Italian language skills (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Experience working with older people living with dementia and complex care needs
n
