We are looking for a Customer Service Casuals (short term) to assist our Customer Service team during our peak sale period. Located at our Rosebery office, this role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

About the Role

n

n
- This role will run from mid October through to end of January.
n
- Minimum 3 days a week availability required - Monday and Thursday essential
n
- Shifts will be between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
n

Main Responsibilities

n

n




- Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
n
- Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
n
- Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
n
- Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
n
- Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested
n
- Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store)
n
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiative
n
- Experience in a rapid paced working environment
n
- Excellent communication skills
