Job Description

Mercy Health in Victoria is seeking a part-time, fixed-term lead occupational therapist to provide skilled leadership to MMH&WS; staff and advance best clinical practice. The role contributes to mental health service development and governance, supporting standards and workforce planning.

You will mentor staff, promote clinical excellence, and participate in required committees, while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered care culture within Mercy Health.
