Blacktown City Council invites applications for a full time Section 7.11 Administrator to support planning, finance and property teams. You will maintain information that underpins contributor plans and help prepare reports to inform decision-making.

You will coordinate agendas/minutes for Section 7.11 committees, manage records, respond to developer inquiries, and assist with policy reviews. This role strengthens infrastructure delivery for the community.
