About the role

Christmas is Papinelle's most magical season, and we're looking for a passionate, people-first Sales Associate to join our retail team on a casual basis to help bring it to life on the shop floor. This role is for someone who genuinely loves connecting with customers; someone who listens, understands, and guides as well as sells. You'll be an ambassador for a brand that believes comfort and luxury should go hand in hand, helping customers find the perfect gift for the people they love most.

Key responsibilities

- Actively guide customers to the perfect products, including gifting, using your styling expertise and in-depth product knowledge
- Deliver exceptional service that turns every interaction into a memorable experience, even when the floor is busy
- Maintain a beautifully presented, welcoming, and organised store environment throughout our peak trading period
- Assist with inventory management, product replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to support smooth store operations during our busiest weeks of the year

About you
- Experience in customer-facing retail or fashion roles; Christmas casual or peak-trade experience highly regarded
- Strong fashion styling skills with a talent for closing sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences, even at a fast pace




- Available across our Christmas trading period, including weekends and public holidays (Boxing Day availability essential)
- Able to start ASAP and commit through to mid January
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude — someone who thrives on the buzz of the festive season

Pay: $33.00 – $43.12 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
