About the role
We are seeking a motivated Estimator with experience in civil construction, earthworks and concrete works to join our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments to determine scope of works and costings
- Thoroughly review project plans, specifications, to determine project scope,
construction requirements and estimate costs
- Compile and deliver detailed scope of works
- Review & analyse subcontractor quotes and negotiate to obtain best prices
- Liaise with contractors/suppliers to assist with quote requests and implementation methodology
- Provide subcontractor selections and recommendations to delivery teams
- Prepare take-offs and tender estimates
- Prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals and project schedules,
- Prepare methodologies and programs for submissions when required
- Have a detailed understanding and experience in the civil and construction process, critical inspection points, permit requirements and WHS requirements
- Plan, schedule and document scope of works
- Attend Pre-& Post tendering meetings
- Prepare tender handover documentation
About You
- Must have experience in the above responsibilities particularly within civil construction, earthworks and concrete industry
- A construction related engineering degree (preferred)
- Must have the right to work in Australia
