Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer

Southern Sydney | Full time | 2026 Graduate A well-established specialist consulting engineering and building design firm is seeking a Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop strong technical skills while working alongside experienced engineers across a diverse range of residential projects throughout NSW and the ACT.

The Role

- Structural inspections and defect investigations
- Causation and technical report writing
- Timber, steel and concrete design
- Scopes of work and engineering documentation
- AutoCAD drafting
- Client and contractor liaison
- Exposure to damaged and existing residential structures

You’ll also participate in a 30-week Graduate Engineering Seminar Program, providing structured technical training and mentoring.

About You





- Completing a Civil/Structural Engineering degree in 2026
- Strong interest in structural engineering
- Excellent written English and report-writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Sound understanding of structural behaviour
- AutoCAD experience
- Keen to learn and be mentored
- Australian driver's licence preferred
