We’re looking for people who want to build a career in civil construction — from those ready to get their foot in the door through to experienced operators who know their machine and take pride in doing a quality job.

Our projects cover Yanchep through to Mandurah, working across bulk and detailed earthworks, roadworks, subdivisions and civil infrastructure.

This is civil construction where quality matters. Our Operators play an important part in building roads, pavements, building pads, drainage, batters and other infrastructure — not simply moving dirt from A to B.

What you'll be doing

Depending on your experience, you could be involved in:

- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Road formations, pavements, pads and batters
- Drainage and underground services
- Operating plant and machinery safely and productively




- Working to levels and tolerances utilising laser and GPS
- Moisture conditioning and compaction
- General labouring and assisting civil crews

What we're looking for For experienced operators:

- Relevant tickets and licences
- Demonstrated civil construction experience
- Competent operating one or more items of civil plant
- Understanding of levels, tolerances and construction sequencing
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
- Pride in the quality of your work
- Good understanding of plant care and pre-start requirements
- A team-focused, practical attitude

For entry-level labourers:
- Own car and Drivers licence
- White Card
- Reliable and keen to work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and as part of a civil crew
- Good attitude and willingness to take direction
- Construction or civil experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Relevant tickets or licences are highly regarded
