This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.53FTE), 40 hours per fortnight.

Your Opportunity

- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the site by providing a high level of cleaning support.
- Ensure that the duties prescribed for the position are completed to an acceptable standard as determined by their supervisor, in accordance with the approved school cleaning program.
- This is a Permanent Part-time position of 4 hours per day, plus ADO, Monday to Friday, 4.30am start.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitise school buildings, facilities, furniture and equipment.
- Sweep, vacuum, hose and dust internal and external areas.
- Maintain toilets, sick bays, windows, floors and paved surfaces.
- Control cobwebs, mildew, graffiti, rubbish and litter.
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Buff, strip and polish vinyl and timber floors.
- Activate and disarm security systems and lock/unlock buildings.
- Report safety, security, damage and maintenance concerns.
- Liaise with management regarding cleaning supplies and equipment.
