Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Cleaner is responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces in assigned areas. Daily work includes cleaning kitchens and break rooms, washing and sanitizing restrooms, emptying bins, and replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

The role also involves maintaining cleaning equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and following health, safety, and hygiene protocols. The Cleaner is expected to work efficiently,



follow schedules and instructions, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism while on client premises.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in general cleaning tasks, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation practices, including protected use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, cleaning schedules, and safety procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
- Basic communication skills in English to understand work orders and safety information.
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Availability to work full-time hours, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
