Our Property maintenance business is currently seeking cleaning staff who are able to fulfil 15-20hrs per week. Our client base includes Residential, Commercial, NDIS, Aged-Care, Real Estate cleans such as vacate and pre-sale cleans, Builders cleans, and AirBnb turnovers.

This role will suit parents and carers of school aged children as working hours are typically within school hours.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the manager
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and securely
- Regularly clean and maintain equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any client inquiries or complaints professionally
- Adhere to the business’s confidentiality agreement at all times
- Accurately log completed tasks and working hours
- Carry out cleaning duties with a range of clients, including domestic, NDIS,



short term accommodation, pre-sale & end of lease, and building cleans.
- Some heavy lifting may be required. This must be carried out in accordance with OH&S;, and all employees are asked to use discretion and only lift items within their physical ability.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Other tasks as directed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications/licenses:

- Must have (or be willing to obtain) National Police Check
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening OR must have (or be willing to obtain) Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
- Must have completed in the past 12 months (or be willing to complete) NDIS Workers Training modules - Manager will provide link to this if needed
- Victorian Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle
- Valid references
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $29.00 – $38.00 per hour
