About the Role Responsible for coordinating appointments and service delivery for both scheme-based clients, retired workers and health monitoring clients across multiple screening clinic locations.

Duties It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same. As a Client Services and Stakeholder Officer, you will:

- Coordinate appointments for scheme and health monitoring clients across multiple clinic locations, including managing bookings, rescheduling requests and clinic capacity.
- Act as a central point of contact for workers, employers, clinicians and other stakeholders, ensuring responsive and professional service.
- Liaise with clients, families, employers and medical providers to obtain medical information and records in line with privacy requirements.
- Maintain accurate client information and records to support effective service delivery and informed decision-making.
- Verify invoices for payment and support financial administration processes, ensuring compliance with policies, entitlements and delegations.
- Respond to enquiries relating to appointments, screening processes and reporting timeframes.
- Support the continuous improvement of services by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and procedures.
- Assist with clinic operations when required, including welcoming clients and providing information about icare's services.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery.





Skills & Experience

- Experience in a client service, customer service, stakeholder engagement or administrative coordination role.
- Experience working in a health, medical or occupational health-related service is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
- Experience supporting invoicing, financial administration or operational processes will be highly regarded.
- A professional, adaptable and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting clients and stakeholders.
