We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Lead – Behaviour Support with extensive experience in Behaviour Support to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision to our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners across the Perth Area. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will also provide direct Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants in the Brisbane area.

About the role:

This is a hybrid work-from-home and mobile role. You will be home-based (no daily commute!) and visit clients in homes, schools, workplaces, programs, and the community. You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, both remotely and in person.

As a Clinical Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner, your role will include:

- Providing clinical supervision, mentoring,



and coaching to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of assessments, reports, and Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
- Supporting practitioners with complex cases and Restrictive Practice compliance.
- Providing direct Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants.
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments, developing Interim Plans and Comprehensive PBSPs, and training family and support team members in the strategies you develop.
- Facilitating training and professional development for your supervisees.
- Contributing to service development, research, and organisational initiatives.
- Connecting with key stakeholders, families, and support teams to drive best-practice outcomes.

About you:

You are an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Clinical Leader, passionate about making a difference. You have:

- Extensive Behaviour Support Practitioner experience, with the ability to work with complex cases.
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration and a practitioner number - Proficient or above.
- A commitment to integrity, collaboration, and transparency.
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications (e.g., Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Teaching, Special Education, Counselling, ABA, etc.).
- Ideally, postgraduate qualifications.




- A passion for the science and practice of Positive Behaviour Support.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Expertise in identifying Restrictive Practices and developing Interim Plans within NDIS guidelines and timeframes required.
- A current driver’s license and an insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening and a current Working with Children Check.
- BCBA/CBA credentials are desirable but not essential
