About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical care delivery, support nursing and care teams, and ensure safe, high quality, person centred care for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about mentoring staff, strengthening clinical governance and improving care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership, direction and support to the Clinical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care staff.
- Oversee the delivery of safe and person centred care in line with relevant standards, policies and legislation.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, identify risks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support medication management, wound care, infection prevention, falls prevention and other key clinical care processes.
- Review care plans, clinical documentation and incident reports to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff through education, supervision and performance support.
- Work collaboratively with residents, clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to accreditation readiness, audits and quality improvement activities.

Key Role Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated previous experience in a senior clinical nursing or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Mastery level of clinical nursing skills.
- Demonstrated experience working within an aged care environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation & ANACC.
- Excellent communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to our residents.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Working rights within Australia.
