About the Role As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a hospital setting while working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing ward-based clinical pharmacy services
- Conducting medication reviews and reconciliation
- Delivering patient counselling and medicines information
- Supporting safe and effective medication management
- Collaborating with medical,
nursing and allied health teams
- Participating in quality improvement and medication safety initiatives
About You We're interested in hearing from pharmacists who have:
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain registration
- Australian or New Zealand internship completed, in progress or nearing completion; overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
