About the role The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machinery used to process glass products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

- Operate CNC machinery to process glass products
- Set up and prepare the CNC machine for production
- Load and unload glass safely and correctly
- Follow production drawings, specifications and job requirements
- Monitor machine operation and production quality
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues
- Ensure materials are handled and stored safely
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

About you

- Previous CNC operating experience required
- Experience in glass processing or manufacturing highly regarded




- Ability to read and follow drawings and job specifications
- Good understanding of measurements and attention to detail
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Ability to identify and report machinery issues
- Physically fit and capable of handling glass safely
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
