We are looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety. Along with CNC operation, you will also assist the team with general storework.

About the Role

- Operate and set up CNC machinery to produce customer foam profiles.
- Operate a vertical saw for laminate cutting
- Create foam templates for new customer orders
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements and job specifications
- Check finished products for accuracy and quality
- Complete general storework, including receiving, picking and moving stock
- Measure, cut and handle materials safely and accurately
- Maintain stock control and remain organised in a safe work area




- Work with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

About You

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings and accurately follow measurements
- Experience with cutting machinery or a vertical saw is highly regarded
- Must have a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Reliable, practical and willing to get involved across the business
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career.
