The Role

We're looking for a general Commercial/Common law Lawyer to join our Mornington team, on either a part time or full-time basis. You'll work across a genuinely varied caseload, predominately in a range of commercial files and some litigation files.

Experience in Estate Planning would also be highly regarded.

This role suits either a 2nd or 3rd year lawyer looking to build their knowledge and experience with mentoring from an experienced practice principal, or a more experienced lawyer looking for variety in a more relaxed environment. A defined career path is available to the successful applicant.





What You'll Bring

- Strong knowledge of commercial law with litigation file experience

- Knowledge of Estate Planning, superannuation law and SMSFs (advantageous, not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in law
- Experience in a similar role
- A current Practising Certificate
