About the role
Alpha Concrete Pumping is seeking an experienced Boom Pump Operator to join our family-owned business operating across the ACT, VIC and NSW region. We operate a modern fleet of line and boom pumps (32-56m) from leading manufacturers including Putzmeister, Sany and Everdigm.
Key responsibilities
- Operate concrete boom pumps on commercial and civil projects
- Conduct pre-starts, identify faults and perform routine equipment checks
- Understand boom setups across varied site conditions, concrete placement, and pumping pressures
About you
- Valid and current HR Drivers licence
- A High Risk Work Licence PB (operating concrete boom pumps)
- Current White Card
- Silica Awareness
- Asbestos Awareness
- Minimum 2+ Years experience operating concrete boom pumps on commercial or civil projects
- High-rise and major project experience highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass police checks and pre-employment/ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and productivity
- Willingness to travel for interstate works
- Dogging and rigging (desirable but not necessary)
