- Problem-solving onsite
- Work as part of a disciplined, high-performing crew
About you
- Minimum 2 years Concrete Formwork experience
- Proven skill in high-level pours, slabs, footings, formwork, finishing, and problem-solving onsite
- Ability to interpret plans
- Reliability and high work standards
- Solid communication and initiative under pressure
- OHS Cards
- Current Australian driver's licence
